You should be able to provide us with the following documents at interview:
- Proof of mandatory training (see documents page for details)
- Proof of registration for Nurses i.e. NMC Statement of Entry
- Proof of National Insurance Number i.e. card/P60
- Passport with valid visa if applicable (if non-holder, Birth and/or Marriage Certificate)
- Proof of address ( i.e. recent utility bill or statement)
- Driving Licence (Photo ID or ‘old style’ paper version)
- Existing DBS Disclosure (Disclosure & Barring Service Document)
- A passport size photo will be required prior to commencing work
- Immunisation status
Please note that we will need to process a DBS Disclosure for new applicants, payment of £50.00 payable at interview/time of process. Alternatively, please provide your original registered DBS.
